My windows mobile 5.0 active sync is not working with windows mobile device center on windows vista, HELP!? - windows mobile sync vista

Anyone have any suggestions? When I tried on my USB Active Sync get in touch, connect, can not but when I opened then recognize the Windows Mobile Device Center is not connected. He did not even know appear as a new theme on my PC. I do not know what to do.

Works great on my Vista laptop, but not on my desktop with Vista.
